Jeff Cott (he/him/él)
Founder & CEO
A Dallas-native, Jeff graduated from Harvard as a first-gen college grad in 2018. After working in strategy consulting at Deloitte where he focused on public/social sector projects, he graduated with his Stanford MBA in 2024. He is passionate about leveraging technology and grassroots community to transform college access and success for students everywhere, no matter their background.
Jathusha Mahenthirarajan (she/her)
Manager, Partnerships
& Student Success
The daughter of refugees, Jathusha brings a generational commitment to expanding access and belonging in education. A first-gen graduate from York University with a Master’s from the Stanford Graduate School of Education, she is a systems builder working at the intersection of technology, community power, and learning design. Jathusha's work spans EdTech, higher education, nonprofits, and enterprise innovation, where she has co-designed and scaled solutions that advance socioeconomic mobility and reimagine who holds power in the future of education.
Lynda McGee (she/her)
Senior Advisor, Partnerships
& Student Success
Lynda has dedicated her career to opening doors of opportunity for students navigating college admissions. For 20+ years, she served as a College Counselor at Downtown Magnets High School in Los Angeles, guiding thousands of students to higher education, scholarships, and belief in their own potential. Lynda has served on Counselor Advisory Boards for UC Berkeley, the University of Pennsylvania, Franklin & Marshall College, and Woodbury University. She was appointed to NACAC's Ad Hoc Committee for Public School Counselors, recognized by the California Student Aid Commission as College Counselor of the Year (2017), and has been featured in the New York Times. Lynda earned her Bachelor's from Xavier University of New Orleans, Masters from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and Certificate in College Counseling from UCLA.
Pooja Srinivas (she/her)
Data Science & ML Engineer
Pooja earned her Bachelor's and Master's Dual Degree in Electronics and Communication from IIIT Hyderabad in 2021. She has spent 4+ years at Microsoft with a focus on advanced AI research and product development. A strong advocate for accessibility, Pooja is passionate about using tech to build tools that empower communities and foster equitable growth.
